Secondary School - Hazel Grove

School opened in 1954 as a mixed school for both girls and boys with a house on Chapel Street to help girls with running a home. In 1963 the new girls school opened. Mr Quale took over from Mr Harris as head of the boys school in the school year 1963-64. The block on the right ground floor housed Woodwork and behind was the metalwork workshop with the art block above
